1. We only accept items that are in a good, clean condition, complete sets and in full working order.

2. We do not accept car seats or used electrical items due to Health and Safety reasons.

3. Once you have sent clear photos to us, we will value your items and send you the selling prices. We can then come to inspect and collect your items at your home address or at a meeting point. 

4. Your details will be kept on record so we can contact you when your items are sold. After your items have sold we will delete your details.

 5. If your items sell within 10 weeks we will contact you via email and you will recieve 50% of the sale price. If they do not sell within the 10 weeks we will arrange to give you the items back, if you ignore our contact for 2 weeks, all items will be donated to us.  No fee will be taken for items that do not sell.  

6. Battery operated items must come with working batteries.

7. Used Moses baskets must have no tears, holes or cracks. They must be clean, dry and in excellent condition.

8. All prams and pushchairs must be British Standard 7409 or EN1888 compliant and with labels stating 'Carelessness Causes Fire'

9. All upholstered items must also include 'Carelessness Causes Fire'

10. All toys manufactured after 1990 must have a CE mark, toys made before then must meet the essential safety requirements (no obvious damage, no sharp edges or finger traps)

11. All items bought from us are bought at the buyers risk. No responsibility will be taken by us.
